Completing My Risk Assessment

Below you can see screenshots of the risk assessment that I completed in order to be able to borrow kit from the studios' kit room. Initially I lacked the necessary information to clarify the very nature of what I would be doing, however after going through it with Course Leader Simon, I was quickly able to ascertain what was wrong and rectify it in a way that was satisfactory to both of us. 

As I find myself struggling to acquire kit throughout this unit, it begs the question whether or not I should invest in my own DSLR moving forward. It could serve as a useful backup should I not be able to gain access to kit any other way in the future. 

Due to the nature of the commission piece a large amount of the work is done from home or at my placement. I was informed earlier this week that the large majority of the larger cameras and equipment had been booked out for the duration of the term which led to me email Fergus directly and discuss things further. By doing so, I was able to get him to book me out a Canon 7D DSLR for this week (as pictured below).
