As Live Production Pitch - Formulating A Studio Layout
Developing Our Studio Layout
One of the things we quickly realised when undertaking the role of producer, is that we need to be able to efficiently demonstrate that we have the ability to not only lead the rest of the year group, but also execute a detailed plan that we're expected to lay out for the panel during our pitch next Tuesday.
A way to do this would be to show evidence of planning details such as studio layouts as well as production requirements and expectations. Alex drew up a rough copy of the layout plan he had in mind and as part of my work today I refined it into something more presentable. I did this using AutoShapes within Microsoft Word itself. (Pictured Below)
I think this will give us a good opportunity to show our dedication to the pre-production phase of this unit and hopefully go for us during the pitch next week.
