Storytelling Unit - Idea 1 (Scrapped) | Mob/Gangster Theme

So this was my initial idea that I had in mind right off the bat, I was originally thinking of having two characters meet in some form of large, empty warehouse; I wanted to contrast the ideas of something being so small in scale (i.e. the people meeting) yet both possessing immense power through the gangs/crime syndicates that they lead. This wouldn't necessarily have to be portrayed through large amounts of extras and physical manpower, but could be just as easily conveyed to the audience through the way one walks or talks, their dialect etc.

However upon thinking this over, I have decided to scrap this particular idea as I feel that it's too cliche; and doesn't challenge me in terms of what I can accomplish. I feel that I work better telling more personal & emotional stories, all of my past work within GCSE and A-Level Media Studies has focused on intimate emotional struggles (e.g. Our psychological horror short, Spectrophobia).
