Reaching Out to Potential Contacts

At this stage we are all following up our individual ideas in order to try and cement some kind of interview or statement from relevant people or companies. For mine I have attempted to contact Southern Rail, requesting either an interview or a statement regarding the recent and frequent delays of Southern Rail services.

The email I sent out to Southern Rail's comments email in order to try and set up some kind of interview.

I hope that I can report back soon with some further feedback from Southern Rail, as I think it would be great to have someone speak from the other side of the story. Many people criticise Southern Rail for their service, and while validated for the most part in my opinion, we should still try and provide an alternate perspective on a story like this.
